Batik Silk Painting

The silk material is firmly placed on a wooden frame. Sketch a layout with a pencil to position the design. To outline the design we use "chanting" special hot wax outliner to draw.

The colouring process - use brush to place a little bit of the main colour and use another colour to achieve the right tone. The colour will retain in the design as the wax act as border.

Once the colouring process is completed , hang to dry..

This is sample for picture frame design - orchid theme...

We could accept special order/design/special occasion ...do let me know...for further discussion..

Chocolate Making

An interesting and fun chocolate making activity. The most interesting outcome is the satisfaction when you see the products. Seeing own chocolate products have given me inspiration and motivation to further explore on the variation of the chocolate recipe that can be created later...

MAL'S HALF CENTURIAN COOK BOOK - Fundamental Cooking Recipes -

This time I would like to share fundamental/basic cooking recipes. The series will be extracted from my collection of tested recipes from my personal collection recipe book that I have created since I was still small - approaching teens. The book is nearing to it's half century .

It's time to be shared to all especially to those who will be staying away from parents, without maid, alone ,out of our country where things are expensive to buy outside and doubtful on 'halal' status...

Even though now you could find ready to serve package such as nescafe 3 in 1 ,tea 3 in 1, instant ........somehow the fundamental basic recipes need to be preserved..for the younger generation views..
